Trust Your Body and Your Baby

It can be difficult to put your trust in a natural process when we are bombarded with messages that we need formula, schedules and parenting books.

Question everything except your instincts.

The truth is, the experts are you and your baby.

You can become an expert in understanding your baby’s cues and meeting the needs they are expressing when you block out all of the”advice” from the outside.

Spend time close to your baby, cuddle your baby when she sleeps and breastfeed on demand.

If you are unsure when your baby wants to nurse then simply offer your breast. Your baby will nurse if she wants.

Crying and fussing are cues that your baby needs you close. Allow your baby to guide you and all of her needs will surely be met.

Trust your inner wisdom.
